Hey, to all of you in Vermont, don't forget the big party tomorrow. The Rolling Stones will be performing and Snoopy and Friends will be there for the kids, plus hamburgers, hot dogs, and mom's potato salad. OK, that's not all true. The Stones won't be there. Actually, neither will Snoopy be. Nor his friends. But there will be food, and maybe we'll play some music, too.

Anyway, the boys have their First Communion tomorrow, and after the service, we're all heading to my house for the big party. Unfortunately, it looks like it is going to rain, which puts a bit of a kibosh on the whole "outdoor fun" theme ... but rather than trying to cram a yard full of people into the house (and for all you California types, around here our yards are actually bigger than our houses!), we're renting a tent. I have not seen this tent, I don't know how good a tent it is, but it is 20x20 and costs $140 for the weekend, so hopefully it is at least pretty good.

Don't forget to bring whatever Karen asked you to bring, and if you can't make the service (at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Williston) at 10, come by the house around noon. The grill will be fired up, so just look for the column of smoke eminating from a back yard. Pictures to follow!
